Fifteen (15) million children in the United States, from all walks of life, declare that they not only want, but desperately need a mentor. Only three (3) million of those identified children get the opportunity to have their need fulfilled. The “Over My Shoulder” (OMS) Project is not only about reaching out to those needy children, but also to men and women of all ages that my have a similar need at various stages of their lives.
That’s why OMS needs help from people like you. While it intends to do so very shortly The Over My Shoulder Project has not yet applied for tax exemption from the Internal Revenue Service.
